BGN intends to issue a corporate bond
Bielefeld, 07 May 2012: Biogas Nord AG (WKN / ISIN: A0HHE2 / DE000A0HHE20), the leading provider of turnkey biogas plants, intends to issue corporate bearer bonds whose net proceeds will be used primarily for capital investments in biogas projects of Biogas Nord Power AG, a 100% subsidiary of Biogas Nord AG. This will also boost the national and international growth of the Company. The loan terms will be announced shortly.
Biogas Nord AG – Preliminary figures: 2011- another record year
Bielefeld, May 7th 2012. The leading provider of biogas technology, Biogas Nord AG, has announced today strong preliminary financial results.
Based on those preliminary figures, in 2011 the group has achieved a record growth of 45.95% with a turnover of EUR 78.9M, in comparison with the previous year’s figure of EUR 54M, driven by continued strong sales. There has been an even higher rise in EBITDA from EUR 2.1 million in 2010 to EUR 3.7 million in 2011– an increase of 77%. Earnings before Tax rose by 123% to EUR 2.9M from EUR 1.3M in 2010. Earnings per share have doubled to EUR 0.51.
